You always get a reason
Every rejection includes a reason code and a note from the reviewer. The listing stays in your dashboard as a draft with the original content intact, so you are editing rather than starting again.
The reasons we use most
Nearly all rejections fall into one of these.
- Duplicate — the same property or item already listed, sometimes by a different agent.
- Prohibited category — the item is on the prohibited list.
- Misleading price — a placeholder figure such as 1 rupiah used to sort to the top.
- Contact details in the description or images.
- Photos that do not belong to the listing.
- Missing mandatory attributes for the category.
How to fix and resubmit
Correct the specific issue named in the note and resubmit from the dashboard. Resubmission goes back into the normal queue; most listings are reviewed within a working day.
If you think the decision is wrong
Open an appeal from the rejection notice and explain what the reviewer missed — for example that you hold the rights to a photo set flagged as reused. Appeals are read by a different reviewer from the one who rejected it, and you will get a written outcome either way.
Repeat rejections
Several rejections of the same kind will pause new publishing on the account while we talk to you. That is a conversation, not a ban, and it is resolved through the support thread.
