What a storefront is
A storefront is a branded page holding all of your listings, your team, your coverage areas and your response metrics. It gets its own URL you can use in advertising, and it appears in the relevant directory once business verification is complete.
Setting it up
Work through it in this order — the later steps depend on the earlier ones.
- Complete business verification, which unlocks the storefront.
- Add a logo and a banner; the banner is cropped wide, so avoid text near the edges.
- Write a tagline and an about section that say what you specialise in and where.
- Set your coverage areas — these drive where your listings surface in area pages.
- Invite your team and assign roles.
Team roles
Roles control what each member can do: owners and admins manage billing and members; managers and agents work leads and listings; support handles message threads; read-only is for accountants and auditors. Every action is recorded in the account activity log.
Bulk uploads
If you are migrating a portfolio, use the bulk upload rather than creating listings one by one. Download the template for your category, fill it in, and upload — the job report tells you which rows failed and why so you can fix and re-upload just those.
The metrics buyers see
Your public page shows response rate, typical reply time, active listing count and member-since year. Response rate is the metric buyers filter on most, so archive listings you are no longer working rather than leaving enquiries unanswered.
