Create your account
You can browse every listing without an account. You need one to message sellers, save searches, or publish a listing of your own. Sign up with an email address or a phone number that can receive SMS — the phone number becomes your recovery route if you lose access to the inbox.
Set your area and language
Pasaran defaults to the whole of Bali. Narrowing to one or two areas in your profile changes what the homepage promotes and what alerts you receive.
- Areas are villages and neighbourhoods, not just regencies — Berawa and Pererenan behave very differently from "Badung".
- The interface runs in English and Bahasa Indonesia; listing text is shown as the seller wrote it.
- Prices are stored in rupiah. Any other currency you see is a display conversion at the rate shown in the footer.
Make your first enquiry
Use the in-app message thread rather than jumping to a phone number straight away. The thread is timestamped, it survives a listing being edited or removed, and it is the record our support team can read if something goes wrong later.
Keep notifications useful
Alerts are per saved search, not global. If you are getting too much email, change the frequency on the individual search instead of muting everything.
- Instant — one email per matching listing, best for a narrow search.
- Daily — a single digest each morning.
- Weekly — a Monday summary, best for a broad search.
- Off — the search stays saved, you just are not emailed.
