Event production and styling is quoted after a site visit, because the venue drives the cost — power, cover, access for trucks and whether furniture and staging have to be trucked in. Expect styling, rentals, coordination and vendor management to be itemised rather than bundled into one number.

Property and villa photography is the most standardised of the three: a set number of edited images, drone exteriors where airspace allows, and a delivery window measured in days. It is also the highest-return spend for anyone listing a villa for rent or sale.
