We are 41 people between Denpasar, Canggu and a handful of home offices around Indonesia. The work is a marketplace people use for decisions that matter — where to live, what to drive, who to hire — which is a good reason to get the details right.
We hire slowly and we write things down. Nobody here has to guess what the ladder looks like or who decides.

How we hire
Four steps, about three weeks.

No whiteboard algorithms and no unpaid work. If we ask you to build something, it is scoped, it is paid at your day rate, and we tell you exactly what we are looking at.
What comes with the job
Paid in rupiah, reviewed yearly
Bands are published internally, and a review happens every twelve months whether or not you ask for one.

20 days leave, plus the national holidays
Bali has a lot of ceremonies. Taking part in them is not a favour we grant.
A yearly trip home
One return flight a year within Indonesia for team members who moved to Bali for the job.
Two offices, no mandate
Desks in Denpasar and Canggu. Come in when it helps; nobody counts days.
Learning budget
Rp 12.000.000 a year for courses, conferences and books, with the time to actually use it.
