What a moderator checks
Knowing this before you start saves a rejection and a resubmission.
- Photos are yours: no watermarks, agency logos or stock photography.
- The category and price match what is actually being sold or let.
- Legal claims — ownership, certificate, lease years — are stated, not implied.
- Contact details stay off the photos and out of the title.
- Prohibited items and duplicated listings are removed before publishing.
