Airport transfers are fixed-price per trip and should be quoted door to door with meet-and-greet included, so a delayed flight does not become a renegotiation. Day charters are quoted for a block of hours — ten is the usual — with fuel and driver included and overtime charged by the hour.

If you are on the island for a month or more, a monthly vehicle rental with or without a driver almost always beats booking transfers ad hoc, and long-term rates drop again at three months. Delivery to your villa and collection at the end are normally included in the south.

Moving is quoted per move and priced on volume, access and stairs rather than distance. A local move with a truck and two crew is same-day; a full-service move with packing, protection and reassembly takes a day or two and costs several times more.
