Semesta Living

Semesta Living has been developing residential projects in Bali since 2016, working from an office in Berawa, Badung. The team handles land assembly, design coordination, construction supervision and handover in house, and appoints an external quantity surveyor on every project so buyers see a cost report they can check.

13 projects have been completed and handed over to date. Progress certificates are issued against agreed milestones, and payment stages are released only when the certificate is signed by the supervising engineer.

Buyers are asked to appoint their own independent notary/PPAT rather than use the developer's. Lease structures, permits and management agreements are provided in full at reservation so they can be reviewed before any non-refundable payment is made.
