Four separate checks
Email, phone, identity and business verification are independent. You can complete them in any order, and each one shows separately on your public profile.
What each one requires
None of them require you to share a document in a chat thread — everything is uploaded through your dashboard over an encrypted connection.
- Email — a confirmation link.
- Phone — an SMS code to an Indonesian or international number.
- Identity — a government-issued photo identification and a selfie check.
- Business — the company registration and tax registration, plus evidence you are authorised to act for it.
What verification unlocks
Verified sellers can publish more listings, appear in the directories, run a storefront, and are shown to buyers filtering for verified sellers. Response rate and typical reply time are displayed alongside, so the badge sits next to actual behaviour.
How we handle your documents
Documents are used for the check and stored under our retention policy; they are never shown on your public profile. If a check fails you are told which document was the problem so you can resubmit.
