A bike that does not fit cannot be adjusted into fitting. Get the frame size and your inside-leg measurement straight before you travel to see anything, because a stem swap solves reach and nothing solves a frame two sizes out.

On a used bike, the frame and fork are what you are buying and the rest is consumable. Chains, cassettes, brake pads, tyres and bar tape are all cheap; a cracked carbon chainstay or a seized headset is not. Bali humidity and volcanic dust wear drivetrains faster than most riders expect.

Ubud and the ridge roads north are the reason most of these bikes exist here. If you are riding those climbs and descents regularly, gearing range and brake condition matter far more than component-group prestige.
