The fee is paid to the workshop on the day and covers the full written report with photographs. It is not refundable if you decide not to buy — that is the point of it.

Meet in daylight, bring someone with you, and never leave a deposit at the appointment. A seller who pushes for money on the spot is telling you something.

Requests sent before midday are usually confirmed the same afternoon. Weekend slots fill first, so offer a weekday alternative in your notes if you can.
