How to report

Every listing and every profile has a report control. Choose the closest reason, add what you saw, and attach screenshots if you have them. Reports are confidential — the reported account is not told who reported it.

Reasons we act on fastest

Some categories are escalated immediately rather than queued.

  • Suspected fraud or a request to pay off-platform.
  • A listing for a prohibited item.
  • Impersonation of another seller or of Pasaran.
  • Harassment or threats in a message thread.
  • A property listed by someone who does not control it.

What happens next

A moderator reviews the report against the listing, the account history and any linked accounts. Outcomes range from an edit request to removal of the listing and suspension of the account.

What we can tell you

You will be told that your report was reviewed and whether action was taken. We cannot share details about another user's account. If you have lost money, contact your bank and the police as well — a platform report is not a substitute for either.
